The Ontario Seniors’ Secretariat welcomes and appreciates your feedback about how we provide our services. You may send us your feedback or make general inquiries through our feedback form or any of the means listed above.

If any of these methods are not suitable, or if you require additional accommodation to provide feedback, you may indicate what other method is preferable.

Your privacy

The personal information you provide is collected by the Secretariat in compliance with section 38(2) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Personal Privacy Act and as authorized by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (and O. Reg. 429/07 approved under that Act). The Secretariat collects feedback to assess its performance in how it provides its services. 

The Secretariat will use the personal information you provide in your feedback in order to:

  • log feedback,
  • acknowledge and respond to any concerns, and
  • analyze feedback at the aggregate level (for statistical purposes - the individual who provides the feedback will not be identified in that feedback).

You will not be placed on any mailing lists, nor will your information be released to any third party, except as set out above or as may be authorized by law.
