• Ontario Library Association - The Ontario Library Association is Ontario's oldest and largest library association. Visit the AccessOLA Web site to find out more about this association and what they do.


• Ontario Library Service - The Ontario Library Service is a combination of the Ontario Library Service - North(OLS - North) and the Southern Ontario Library Service (SOLS) and are non-scheduled agencies of the Ministry of Culture. On behalf of the ministry, OLS - North and SOLS provide a wide range of support services to public libraries throughout northern and southern Ontario, excluding Metropolitan Toronto. Their mandate is to deliver programs and services on behalf of the Minister by increasing co-operation and co-ordination among public library boards and other information providers, and to promote the provision of library services to the public by assisting public library boards with services and programs that reflect their needs, including consulting, training and development services.

• Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing - Public libraries are local boards of municipalities - linking to this MMAH site provides access to provincial information of a municipal nature (for example information on municipal restructuring orders).
